Bill Kastanas along with his brother George have been cooking up breakfast for you since 1991. The Hyland was born in Scarborough Ontario, for ten years they have served this area. In 2001 the Hyland moved its service to Port Perry Ontario. It has remained here and serving up meals everyone wants. Bills wife Emily is also a part of this amazing team, she brings a spirit to this company that no other could.

Bally is new to this team. Bally has been with the Hyland for three years following George and Bills recipes for your enjoyment.
The servers at the Hyland have been with Bill and George from the beginning Cathy and Kathy have been with us for 28 years Lisa has been with this company for 18 years. Tina has been with the Hyland for 4 years
